Timeless Melodies: “This Land is Your Land”- Folk Songs on Sept. 6 at Clubhouse 1

Clubhouse 1 presents our next Timeless Melodies: “This Land is Your Land”- Folk Songs, to take place on Wednesday, September 6 at 1:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse 1 Main Lounge.

Timeless Melodies music historian, Larry Maurer, takes us on a journey of America’s roots through songs passed down from generation to generation.  From Woody Guthrie to Pete Seeger to Peter, Paul & Mary, and many others,  folk songs underscored our rich history and reminded us of our traditions and values.

Assisted hearing devices are available.  See staff to check out a receiver. Feel free to bring your own headphones or earbuds.

Ticket are $6 each and may be purchased at Clubhouse 1. For further information, call 949-597-4281. Recreation events are limited to Laguna Woods Village residents and their guests.
